My Supplement Regimen
I’ve had requests from several of my clients recently and from some readers to post a list of my daily supplement regimen, so today I’ve done that.
If you’re not taking supplements, you’re missing a crucial opportunity to support and strengthen your body, help it heal, and decrease your symptoms. The downside of supplements is that they’re not cheap. The upside is that this is an entire realm in which you can assert your control and make a real impact on the status of your health.
Before I proceed any further, I’ve gotta do the disclaimer thing and remind you all that I am not a doctor or naturopath, and the following list is simply what I personally take and not meant as a prescription for what you should be taking. I strongly suggest you consult a professional before beginning this regimen or anything like it.
I work with Ann Boroch, who is a supplement-wielding Goddess. She has a mastery over what supplements are quality, what they do and how to use them to manipulate the system of your body toward health and healing. All of the products listed below and the schedule for them was given to me by Ann. I highly recommend booking a session with her, as she will customize your regimen for what you specifically need. If you’d like to listen to my audio interview with Ann, just sign up in the box to your right with the red arrow and you’ll be directed to it, as well as several other interviews with experts in the healing field.
I included Amazon links whenever those items were available via Amazon. And now, without further adieu…

Thanks for the info on supplements. You mention that this is an opportunity to strength and heal the body and decrease symptoms.
In what regard to you feel that they have helped heal? What symptoms do you feel have decreased for you as a result of the supplements?
Hi Dennis. Thanks for your question. It’s not an easy one to answer. MS is a complex illness as I’m sure you know, and several factors can be working at any given time to increase or decrease symptoms. That said, unless I’m conducting a double-blind scientific study, I can’t say for certain what is due to supplements and what is due to diet, attitude, or something else. What I can say is that when I am eating well and taking all my supplements diligently I feel good and am not symptomatic. There was a time last year when I had run out of many of my supplements because I couldn’t afford to purchase them and I went without them but for several months. At this time my diet also wasn’t as pristine as usual. After a few months of this I began getting symptoms again and feeling lousy, so I scheduled a session with Ann, went back on the regimen and quickly felt better. This experience as well as several others that are similar in the last few years have convinced me of the power of supplements, but again, not without diet as well. Additionally, I know from Ann that she’s seen tremendous results – otherwise she couldn’t do what she does every day. So I feel confident in encouraging anyone with MS to consult Ann or another naturopath and begin on a supplement and diet regimen ASAP. Thanks for the question Dennis!
