I have had ms for 16 years and was on copaxone for 10 it was a good drug. I had spasticity but nothing much else, I tried ampyra in March 2010 and went off of it in May 2011 ( The dr I was seeing at that time took me off copaxone and now Im having an exacerbation and walking with a cane, I have read your 1st book but can’t find all products and don’t know which ones I need to take. I will be watching the video but have had nothing but bad luck with meds and meds for spasticity can you tell me what I should take for that? Thanks, frustrated!, Lisa

After going off of my interferons recently I realized that a lot the symptoms I thought were caused by MS were actually from the drug. For me the supposed benefits of taking the drug did not outweigh the terrible side effects. I have your book Ann and am looking forward to learning more about the natural approach to stay free of MS symptoms. Thanks!

I have been a fan of Ann’s for years after hearting her speak in Santa Ana. I love everything she says and admire how she walks the walk and talks the talk. I came back from Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyagia and Adrenal Burnout twenty years ago. It would have been so much easier and so much faster if had had Ann’s plan to follow. I am very excited about bootcamp. I have been suffering with yeast overgrowth and have read Anns book on that and the one on MS, I am very disappointed in the medical community because all they do is prescribe drugs that make you sicker. I was treated with antibiotics for over 2years which has contributed immensely in my overgrowth of yeast. My first reaction after reading Ann’s books were HOPE. After suffering for four years with Lichen Sclerosis, fibromyalgia and on the verge of Diabetes I read Ann’s book and followed her program. It has given me my life back. I had seen four different doctors one of which who was supposed to be a specialist at John’s Hopkins University and all he did was put me on steroids and hormone creams. I had severe side affects from the steroids only to be told that I my symptoms couldn’t be from the steroids because that is so uncommon with steroid creams. He was full of it. I threw them all away and followed Ann’s plan. Within 6 weeks I was starting to have major improvements. I’m one year into having my life handed back to me and I feel the best I have in years….and all of my auto immune illnessess are gone. Thank you Ann!!!

Just want to say thanks for writing such a inspiring book. Just wanted to let you know that it has given me strength to over pass the bad moments. Before reading your book I had already taken the decision of becoming vegetarian / Vegan and Ondamed treatment . When I started reading your book I felt very happy that I’m not alone in this path of having a good diet and that its not a bad choice. Now its been a year with my wonderful choice without conventional medicine !

4 months ago I was clinical diagnose with ms. I chose not to take the medication, instead I
choose to believe spiritually I can be healed. I read your book, start taking herbs to balance my body and I changed my eating habits to agree with my blood type A. Your book gave me hope and the will to tell the doctor I do not want to take drugs. I am glad that through the emails you send I am able to see that I am not alone. I look forward in viewing the video because knowledge is power.
